Cisco CMX how to delete a user profile

Hi,

we just have CMX installed and still learning.

How do we delete a user profile in CMX so we can test the splash page again and again in iphone. ?

because once we connect , the phone remember the profile and the CMX have the profile and we cannnot

re-test after changing the splash page.

Any advice are much appreciated,

I am looking for similar but I will tell you what I have found.  On the "connect engage" pages go to Settings >> Debugging tools

From there use the window to delete the MAC id of the associated user.  The users can be listed in the reports from the main Connect and Engage page.

You will also need to delete the client on the WLC as well for a proper test.

What I am looking for is the timers for CMX and to know how long a visitor stays authenticated for - I will post separately.
