My company wants to go into full collaboration(becoming a collaboration expert) which specilaised exams should i write? or certification path to take?
how can i go about this?

Hi Adebola,
You need to understand what collaboration is all about, then you can seek the right certification. Cisco collaboration is geared mainly towards Unified communications (Voice, Video and Messaging). Instead of pursuing a voice certification track, you can do one or all of the specialist collaboration certifications. Please see link below.

Cisco collaboration consist Voice, video and Messaging. If you want to get certified in the collaboration you have to take the following exam
1. 642-181 PRSDI Cisco Unified Presence Design and Implementation
2. 642-263 IUC Implementing Cisco Unity Connection (IUC )
You can also go for CCIE collaboration but it needs lot of parctical knowledge and experiance.
