If there was nothing mentioned during the exam-registration, then there is likely no free second shot. I am only aware of two scenarios:
- There was once a promotion when booking through pearson-vue. But that was quite some time ago.
- Learning-partners sometimes have certification bundles that include an option for a second attempt.
