Cisco FlexConnect Issue [Connection terminated autometically]

Dear Experts,

We are using WLC2504 wireless controller and APs (AIR-LAP1141N-A-K9 and AIR-CAP3602I-C-K9). Recently we configured an AP in FlexConnect mode for test purpose. 

We got some problem with the FlexConnect SSID. The device is terminated from the FlexConnect SSID and release the IP address automatically (Unable to get the IP for some time). The DHCP server is configured in our core switch.

Would you please advise the solution for this issue.

What WLC version are you using and did you find a solution in the meantime?

Dear Dominic,

We are using WLC version 8.x.

There is another problem is detected that the apple devices are not connected as well as other device.
