Hello.
We've got an issue with Cisco IP Phone 7925G devices. On two phones there are failure of the batteries. We had been used these phones over 1 year.
Does anyone had such a problem? May be someone has an information about lifetime of battery and charge batteries cycles for this phone.

I would suggest you to check with new batteries. If problem still not solve please open a case with TAC.

I ordered a new battery.
Battery delivered not earlier than 3 weeks.
Perform testing the phone with a new battery, I will write about the results.

FYI -
Date code on the battery (e.g. FS1015.. means mfg in week 15 of 2010).
