Cisco ISE 2.1 Time Zone problem

Hi,

Now, i am facing some time zone issues with ISE 2.1. When i create Self-Registered Guest Portal, i can add our time Zone (Yangon). Then i change to Sponsored Guest Portal with my authorization profile, this portal is using default time zone (San Jose). How can i change to our time Zone in Sponsored Guest Portal  or delete default time zone (San Jose). 

For Self-Registered Guest Portal, i can create account with our time zone. 

My problem as below because of time zone.

Finally, i can solve this problem. I have to add time zone into Sponsor Groups settings. To add your time zone,

Work Center->Guest Access->Configure->Sponsor Groups->Create or Edit any account groups->Select the locations that guests will be visiting

Then, you log in with sponsor account and choose your location at the location setting box.
