Hi,

I have configured the Cisco ISE 1.2 with all the basic configuration.

And now am trying to connect from one ssid from my laptop .Am not be connect to that SSid.

checked all the SSID configuration in the system also in the controller

It is telling like windows not able to connect

Need more information to help.

What type of security is configured on the SSID? If you are using ISE i'm assuming you have it set up for 802.1X. What is ISE configured with for user datastores to query for the user information? Have you verified that the shared secret between ISE and the WLC is correct? Post the trap log from the WLC as well as the failed authentication logs ISE and we can help.
