Take a look at this matrix as it can help in the future. It is supported as a subordinate.

Dear Scott,

As per document  Cisco 700 series Ap supports the Cisco mobility express.

But my 700 series ap are listed in red in colour not in green in Monitoring >>Network Summary.

Cisco mobility express:192.168.0.5

default gateway :192.168.0.1 (router)

dhcp server: 192.168.0.1

700 series ap ip address:192.168.0.101

Dhcp server is default router.when I check the 700 series ap ,it doent have ip address.i manualy give the ip adrees of same subnet but still Listed in red colour, only 1 in green that is controller ap 1850

What might be the issue ?

debug capwap of 1850 ap.....

Hello team,

My Cisco 700 series ap not joining the 1850 mobility express Controller.what might be the issue?

Any troubleshooting Documents available??

Make sure the time is setupmon the controller and that the AP gets a dhcp address. Without a dhcp address the AP will never join.  Here is a troubleshooting guide for controllers but the same process as ME.
