Cisco Power-over-Ethernet Problem PoE injector with AP 2802E

I'm having a problem that I don't understand.

During PoE and AP tests, we checked that SSID is not outputable.

The AP model name will be AIR-2802E-K-K9.

I checked the symptoms through the URL below.

As a result

Corresponding to a symptom called "General Warning, Inline Power Out".

However, PoE injectors are PoE that support 802.3af and 802.3at for their equipment.

* Not the Cisco injector AIR-PWRINJ6.

As it is installed on other PoE equipment, it is confirmed that the SSID is normally outputted.

The problematic PoE supports 650mA output, and the problematic PoE supports 0.9A.

But I couldn't see any difference in CLI or GUI.

I want to check it clearly through Log, Eventlog, or message, not LED.

May I know how to do it?

Have you tried to swap the power injector from a good ap to the one that is not working?  Make sure you swap out the cabling (patch cable).  This way you can see if the issue follows the power injector or not.  Might also determine an issue with the ap or cabling.

I tested and investigated further and found that the injector was not compatible with the Cisco AP.

Therefore, I was able to solve the problem completely.

Still, thank you very much for your reply to help.
