Cisco Prime Configuration Backup -Failure

My Customer use Cisco Prime Ver 1.4 U2

it Background Task in Configuration backup is show failure all Device 

but I can Audit or syn config from WLC is success but config backup not success

i need workaround prove issue ?

Are they reachable? do the controller have proper READ_WRITE community string? can you issue debug transfer tftp enable on controller and see the output

I have the same failure. what is the solution ?

I tried with "debug transfer tftp enable" on my wlc, but I had no output.

on PI2.2 I can see my wlc and if I verify the credentials, every thing looks fine -> see Attachment

Controller config backup task fails for controllers from PI

Symptom:
Prime Infrastructure fails on "Controller Backup" background task for a WLC. All other operations towards this WLC work fine.

Conditions:
Controller Backup background task failing

Workaround:
Increase SNMP timeout to 30 on PI for this WLC.

I increases SNMP timeout to 30 on PI for my wlc.

Same, job failure, but a new failure message.

Failed for all devices.

1. Controller Configuration Backup :
SNMP operation related error during ConfigBackup: [IP WLC]. MEDIATION-1,Attempt to set conflicting attribute value,FileTransferConfigOptions [IP WLC],saveConfigStart

Backup job settings are: Default server, TFTP

I use PI 2.2.0.0.158

sould I upgrade to 2.2.2 ?

I had the exact same problem. It was able to Audit and Sync as well.

But i have changed SNMP v2c to SMNP v3, then the backup configuration job was successfully completed.
