Hello,
I have some maps of our building in PDF format and i want to load them on the cisco prime infrastructure 1.2, could you tell me how?
FYI: i opened : Design tab => Site maps Design but after this i don't know if i have to create a group or no;

You can or you can use 2 basements and 3 floors so you can have the ground as a basement and then your 1st-3rd floors will match up.

Here is the guide. When you add a floor to a campus, there is browse button in which you choose the floor plan to upload.
Step 1 Save your floor plan maps in .PNG, .JPG, ,JPEG, or .GIF format.

Thanks, i done it.
I have a problem to fill out some information in the New Floor Area tab:
our building has 1 basement and a ground floor and 3 floors, may I consider the ground floor as a the first floor because i have to fill out Number of floors on the edit building tab then i have to put 4 floors otherwise in the new floor area i'll have only 3 floors on the drop down list. (and the last floor will not has an id floor)
and the problem is
ground floor has floor id 1
1st floor has floor id 2 ......
have you any suggestion?
