You can or you can use 2 basements and 3 floors so you can have the ground as a basement and then your 1st-3rd floors will match up.

Thanks,

Scott

Here is the guide. When you add a floor to a campus, there is browse button in which you choose the floor plan to upload.

Step 1 Save your floor plan maps in .PNG, .JPG, ,JPEG, or .GIF format.

Thanks, i done it.

I have a problem to fill out some information in the New Floor Area tab:

our building has 1 basement and a ground floor and 3 floors, may I consider the ground floor as a the first floor because i have to fill out Number of floors on the edit building tab then i have to put 4 floors otherwise in the new floor area i'll have only 3 floors on the drop down list. (and the last floor will not has an id floor)

and the problem is

ground floor has floor id 1

1st floor has floor id 2 ......

have you any suggestion?

You can or you can use 2 basements and 3 floors so you can have the ground as a basement and then your 1st-3rd floors will match up.

Thanks,

Scott
