Cisco Spaces and Open Roaming Stats

Hi 

Has anyone setup Open Roaming within the Cisco Spaces environment?  I did so some time ago on our 9800-80 WLC and the Open Roaming profile itself works, but when I go into the Open Roaming app on Spaces dashboard it doesn't show the correct information on how many devices are connected, quite often saying 'No Data' when I know full well there are 3 or 4 devices connected.  Cisco Spaces doesn't report any issues with either our Spaces Connector or our WLC, I raised this with TAC and they have been unable to resolve so far, I'm just trying to see if anyone else has this issue as it may a fundamental problem with the app.

Hi marce1000, thanks for this, while it doesn't quite match the issue I have, I'll speak to the Cisco TAC engineer dealing with the case.
