This is the scenario; Before I upgraded Windows XP to Service Pack 3, the Cisco Spectrum Expert worked fine. Once I upgraded to Service Pack 3, it doesn't work anymore. The program starts, but it is not detecting any RF signals. When I check to see if there are any wireless 802.11a/b/g SSIDs broadcasting, there are, with strong signals, but Spectrum Expert is not seeing them. I'm running version 3.2.163, should I upgrade to the new version?

Go ahead and find the latest version and this will fix it.

Well I found the new version but I can't download it. It says I need a service contract.
