Cisco WAPs and Speed issue

I recently optimized our wireless speed from 54 Mbps to 200-300 Mbps. We can see significant speed improvement over our wireless network.

This works fine for most. At some point the speed on the laptop (random people in the office) decreases suddenly to less than 10 Mbps. When this happens all network applications and services freezes. What I do to resolve this is disable /disconnect from wireless and enable/connect back to the wireless which resets the connection and restores the speed to between 200-300Mbps.

I don't want this to happen our 200 user base office is purely wireless (laptop assigned to every user) and I want everyone to have a good experience of this technology. I did some search online but couldn't find what I was looking for.

Can any one out there give me some heads up on how I can fix this issue?

What AP model & software version in use ?

Give more information about your wireless environment & what settings you configured on your SSID

All my AP models are AIR-CAP3602I-N-K9

AP Software version 7.6.120.0

All our user laptops are running windows 7 on either lenovo T430 and T440s.

WLC is 2500 series running software version 7.6.120.0

Is it possible to upgrade your WLC software version to 7.6.130.0 & test this ? Here is the release notes for that code

Also upgrade FUS to 1.9.0.0 if you haven't do that so far. Note that this will cause ~30 min downtime for your wireless.
