I wonder if the WCS managed controls non-Cisco.

Mizael,

     WCS only manages Cisco WLC and IOS AP.  NCS will manage Cisco WLC, AP, and some switches. Current version of NCS only monitors switches, but later releases will allow for configuration as well.
