Nope.  Not possible.  802.11a/b/g/n/ac WiFi signal operates in free spectrum.

How sure are you the rogue AP is located inside your premises?   And when I mean "inside" I am not saying the rogue AP is above/below your location and the areas above/below are being rented by someone else.
