Cisco Wireless Cards when using PEAP

I have setup a wireless network using Cisco 1231's, a combination of Cisco, Linksys and built in cards on XP PRO SP2 running PEAP with W 2003 servers.

When using the Cisco cards, both PCI and PCMCIA, I am telling the ACU to let another app do the wireless and configuring the windows client to work as it should.

When I do this, the PC starts running at over 90% processor and all wireless fails, AP included. When I check the radio channels for inference, there is 100% over several channels until the card is pulled from the PC.

Linksys and internal cards work fine, but all the Cisco cards are doing the same thing.

If anyone has any idea what is going on, I would love to know. I have tried to open a TT with Cisco TAC on line, but had not luck getting anyone to call me back, which is unusual.

Any reasons not to use ACU ?

The customer wants to use a standard setup on all PC's. Since he is using a variety of cards, he has to use the Windows Client.
