Cisco Wireless Controller 2504 not working after reboot.

I rebooted the wirless controller yesterday and its not coming up.

The Alm and Sys light shows amber light.

What do you get when you console into the WLC and reboot the WLC?

When i attached Console cable i dont get anythingon Hyperterminal
