My Cisco 2504 controller crashed. Unable to connect my username and password. How to retrieve it? Or can I use the default admin username and password admin. How to change the default password?

- It it has crashed (only) ; then the administrative usernames and credentials are not changed , if the device is not recovering then try a power cycle first ,

- I would presume that if you have GUI access , you can go to the admin account and change the password ; if in the end a factory reset or an installation from scratch is need ; then check this document :
