Uhhhh ... You need to provide more information than this.
Maybe the password is incorrect? Have you tried OPEN authentication?
Maybe the security and/or encryption is incorrect settings?

it can't see any channel during site survey, it works fine with link sys access point but connection failed with Cisco aironet access points

If you can't see the SSID in the Site Survey mode (down, 6, 6) then it means the SSID authentication is incorrect.
Try creating an SSID with OPEN authentication and see if the wireless handset can connect.
