I am unable to access the service port address of 192.168.1.1. My PC is set to 192.168.2.1. Can you please help me.

You disclosed not so much details, but the cause seems to be obvious. 192.168.1.1 seems not to belong to the same network as 192.168.2.1. Use 192.168.1.2 on your PC instead.

If your WLC is 2504, then there is no service port on it. Only inline management can be configured.

If you are trying to use express set up, make sure PC connect to port#2 of the WLC & let PC to get DHCP IP address from WLC.

Otherwise you simply need to have console access to WLC to run the initial configuration manually.
