Just configured 2 WLC 5520s in HA SSO. I need to license it using smart licenses but when i try the registration its not going through.
Not getting any error messages or anything.
Has anyone experienced this problem?

Hey guys,
So this issue was able to be resolved. I really cant say what exactly the problem was but after getting Cisco TAC to do a webex with me and the engineer starting to take logs.
We checked the WLC GUI and saw that the licenses were now showing registered.
Ensure that you check all tabs that are related to the smart licensing.
Will see if i can attach a screenshot.

Any chance you can let us know if you figured out what was needed to fix this?
We are seeing the issue as well, and TAC is suggesting we move to RTU licensing to fix it.

Did you fix the issue with Smart Licensing?
We've been pushed down this route, but still not sorted licensing out and going live next week.
What happens when your HA fails over, was there a manual intervention as this is what we have been told by Cisco Partner Account manager, which seems stupid as a RTU works fine on HA.
