Hi

If that level of information I can only provide long shots.  For example, on this Esxi do you have any other machine with GUI access working properly?

Have you reload the 9800 VM ?

Have you installed another 9800 VM just to make sure the results is the same?

Can you ping it with no packet loss?

Can you access it using SSH normally?

Have you tried different browsers?

This is just for start.

Flavio Miranda,

I have only one machine on this server, I can access ESXi GUI successfully.

Have you reload the 9800 VM ?

No, because 250++ users connected with this controller.

Have you installed another 9800 VM just to make sure the results is the same?

yes, I have installed Two 9800 controllers initially and Both controllers GUI working fine and I have to delete one of the controllers. But after some time i am facing the GUI issue.

Can you ping it with no packet loss?

I am facing a packet loss issue.

Can you access it using SSH normally?

Yes, SSH is working normally.

Have you tried different browsers?

Yes, but after some time the same issue.

"

I am facing a packet loss issue."

Lets focus on this. For web access, I might say that the access can be slow and fail but client issue is another history.

The idea of the second wlc on the same ESXi , was intended to make some comparison between then. You can be facing a bug, for example.

But for now, Id like to recommend an accessment on this environments in terms of capacity. Probably with one VM, this should not be a problem but we dont know which hardware is it.

About the reload, I know it is not easy to do that in production,  but worth it try. Not rare with deal with problem wasting time troubleshooting and the problem simply desapear on reload.

 - Adding , verify controller configuration with (CLI/SSH-command)  : show tech wireless , have output reviewed by https://cway.cisco.com/tools/WirelessAnalyzer/ . Note use command as mentioned in  green do not use traditional show tech-support for Wireless Analyzer

When the mirror will then always repond to me with ' The only thing that exceeds your brilliance is your beauty! '

Also you better do some analysis on esxi performance and current network in your place. because you have intermittent disruptions, better have some look in to underlayer communication and devices

Please rate this and mark as solution/answer, if this resolved your issue
