Hi my name is Ivan, I have a question:
My wireless deployment needs to work with Apple TV services, Multicast, with 120 SSID's, 120 AP Groups, 120 sub interfaces virtual, AVC, QoS, Local Policy and improve the services RF (RRM, DCA, TPC, Coverage).
My question is:
Which is the best services to the WLC?
Regards.
Ivan.

Where is AP going to be , are there 120 locations ? How many APs per AP group ?
Are you deploying Local mode or FlexConnect ?
Need more information

Hello,
One AP by classroom, One AP per AP group the deployment is Local Mode, with services data, voice Apple Bounjur, in the classroom there are 30 students using IPADs and Iphones.
The switches on the network support multicast.
Thanks for your answer

Does this go with one AppleTV in each class room & connect via wireless to the SSID defined for that class ? If not how do you want to control ?
Controller wise 5508 would be good enough running on 8.0.110.0 code which has some Bonjour service enhancements. Refer this document
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/technotes/8-0/WLAN-Bonjour-DG.html
If there is a potential to go beyond 500 AP in future I would use 8510 model.

Rpta. Yes.one Apple TV in each class room.
Is possible create 120 subinterfaces dynamic on the WLC, 120 SSID's and groups and tunning the WLC to provide services RF (RRM, DCA, TPC, Coverage, AVC, others)
The AireOS is 7.6.130.0

Yes, it is supported
This table lists the AP groups supported on various controller platforms:
Controller Platform | AP Groups Supported |
---|---|
Cisco 2500 Series Wireless Controller | 50 |
Cisco 5500 Series Wireless Controller | 500 |
Cisco Virtual Wireless Controller | 200 |
Cisco 7500 Series Wireless Controller | 6000 |
Cisco 8500 Series Wireless Controller | 6000 |
Cisco Wireless Services Module 2 | 1000 |
In a side note, since you put 1 AP per class room, it may not the ideal from RF perspective. So I would try to use only 5GHz for these services. (if you use 2.4GHz there may be too many APs can hear each other loud & may have cochannel interference).
Read below documents as it covers in depth drawbacks of this design. you can consider those points when deploying
