Cisco WLC self IP is not pingable 5520 from WLC itself

Hello Guys,

we have a cisco 5520 series controller in HA mode running version 8.5.135.0. uplink switch configuration is the same for both the WLC. 

Issue: Not able to ping  WLC self-management IP and also outside IP from  Primary active controller(from the same WLC itself)  while at the same time we can ping outside IP and management IP from the standby controller.

We would like to know is there any configuration mismatch or any kind of bug in primary WLC.

would you be able to post "show interface summary" & "show interface detailed management|redundancy-management" output from your active & standby WLCs

I have checked the output of bot the WLC . Configuration seems to be ok from  side
