Before I start giving you a few, what are you trying to achieve and what is the state of the budget to do what you are doing?  These two questions are the lynch-pin to your question.

What about the APs? Since you are wondering about a controller, then APs would be lightweight! well your query is not a clear one, I would like to answer why Cisco Controllers ( if budget no bar )
