Cleanair sensor status down error code

I Have AIR-CT5508-K9  software version 7.2.103.0

the aps after a couple hours get next cleanair error:

Cleanair sensor status down error code: cleanAir sensor is not operational due to crash please reset to resolve problem

I updated latest version :7.2.110.0

same result

any ideas?

Symptom: Clean Air AP engine goes down without generating a crash file or logging message indicating cause of crashConditions: Set up CAP3502I to use Clean Air feature. AP continues to provide wireless service.WCS show this message - CleanAir Sensor Status: 'Down' Error Code: 'CleanAir sensor is not operational due to crash. Please reset AP to resolve problem.'Resetting up lets it run for a few hours.Workaround: None

But it should be fixed in your version (even before upgrade).

How many APs show this problem?

I think this is a buggy issue that you need to contact Cisco about.

I am now running 8.0MR2 (8.0.120.0) this is , as far as i known, the latest version and I see cleanair messages for my AIR-CAP3702I-E-K9 access-point:

CleanAir sensor error 130 - Reboot AP to recover

PI has detected one or more alarms of category AP and severity Critical in Virtual Domain ROOT-DOMAIN for the following items:

1. Message: CleanAir Sensor Status: 'Down' Error Code: 'CleanAir sensor is not operational due to crash. Please reset AP to resolve problem.' - Device Name: xxx-xx Failure Source: AP xxx-xxx-x, Interface 802.11b/g/n Alarm Detail:

Is this a known or new bug?
