Facing this issue the End-users experience client disconnection to reported AP yesterday (May 29, 2022) around 12:30 PM and today May 30, 2022) around 5:30 AM.
AP Model : AIR-AP3802I-A-K9
WLC: AIR-CT5508-K9
Running Image: 8.2.151.0

What troubleshooting has the network operator done?
During this event, did the wireless client lost their IP address?

- 5508 controller is getting old ,consider using last release that can support it : https://software.cisco.com/download/home/282600534/type/280926587/release/8.5.171.0 , for the rest you can do client debugs https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/aironet-1200-series/100260-wlc-debug-client.html and have the output analyzed with : https://cway.cisco.com/tools/WirelessDebugAnalyzer/
