I'm not sure you should keep "encryption mode ciphers tkip" on the Radio interfaces. I'm not sure it will have any effect in your case, but you don't want anything to do with tkip when using 802.11n. If it must keep the line get rid of tkip and only leave aes enabled.
Have you tried a newer firmware version on the access point?
Tried upgrading the WiFi drives on the client?
Any chance the WiFi reception in the corner is just plain poor?
