Clients deauth from wireless

I am having a weird issue that users are getting randomly disconnections , the WLC logs show there is no disconnection when that happens.I have set the idle timeout to infinity,have set the session timeout to 28800.This only affects clients that are doing 802.1x on corporate SSID and both Mac and Windows users.

I have checked the ISE logs i could see error 5436 packet already in the Process.The WLC is vWLC running 8.5.135.o and in is in the cloud

Regularly check to make sure this value doesn't fall below "12000".
