clients dont get connected

Hi

The problem im facing now is when I add security to the AP,the clients dont get conncted to the Network anymore

the security type im adding is WPA2

and I also tried WPA still the same problem.

Do you have any idea what the problem could be?

I have 2100 controller associated wi air-cap3502i aps

You should double check that your client is configured in the same way, with the exact same method and same key. And check that it supports that method. What are the logs saying about it? Is it WPA PSK or enterprise?

Does the wireless client support WPA  or WPA2 (PSK or Enterprise)?  What supplicant and wireless card are you using?

Is it happening to all the mobile devices or just some ?

Yes. The device im using supports WPA/WPA2

I can connect without security, but when I add the security dont get connected

Well there should be something wrong on the Authentication... A mismatched ker or so...

What are the logs saying about it? Is it WPA enterprise or personal?

Pls upload the show runing of the wlc once configured to use wpav1 or wpa version 2
