CMX 10.6.3 doesn't show the same number of rogue APs as it on WLC

Hey,

Did anyone see the same issue? On WLC, it shows 480 rogue APs but it only shows around 130 rogue APs on CMX. Is it a normal behavior? If not, what parameters or filters should be fined tuned to have CMX reflect the same rogue AP count? By the way, analytics service is disabled on CMX for the sake of saving resources. Is this service related to this information mismatch?

Hi @lwang

This is not right but who provide the information to CMX is the WLC.  If you dont have any filter on the CMX or Hidden rogue AP intentionally, there might be some problem on the information provided by the WLC to the CMX.  This is very difficult to troubleshoot. Maybe remove the WLC from CMX and add again could fix but I dont know if worth it.
