How can I configure a static ip address and the controller ip address on a cisco ap 3800 series ?

Hi

You need to be connected to ap using console cable.

IP address has to configured under BVI1 interface.

To set manually the controller IP, always through the console, you need to issue the following command:

capwa ap controller ip addr X.x.x.x
