Good night, I would like to know how to access the Meraki MR20 router configuration.

Power AP with adapter, connect a cable to AP lan port, set your laptop to obtain IP with dhcp and connect to AP. Browse to ap.meraki.com or whatever gateway you are assigned by the AP. If prompted login with your MR serial number.
if your device is connected to internet, then claim in on meraki dashboard and start configuring from there.

Not sure your environment, if the MR20 get IP address from DHCP, and it has an Internet connection then you can configure via Meraki dashboard
