I have to configure air-wlc4402-25-k9 v02 with AIR AP1242AG A K9. Both of the deice was lying idle in lab. When i tried to console WLC4402, i was not able to console it with terminal emulation program, though all settings and cable is correct. When i tried to access it through service port from browser https://192.168.1.1, it is accessible. But no body knows here it's password.So, i am not be able to access it to configure it. Is there anyway to reset this wlc to factory settings in this kind of situation and configure it again. Thanks in advance.
As i said that i am not able to console the WLC, I mean i am not getting the console screen of WLC. So, It's not possible for me to perform any suggested steps.
