Hi!
Connect an access point to the WLC locally and it worked without problems, but now the access point went to another city that is connected to my branch mpls but not working.
Here there are no VLANs created.
Have an example of how to do this communication through an MPLS network?

Can devices on AP subnet in the remote office ping the Management interface IP address of the controller?

Can you elaborate on what 'not working' means?

HI!
I think I'm wrong in the configuration as it was implemented with LWAPP.
I read an article in H REAP that must be implemented with CAPWAP to operate in MPLS WAN networks.
Now my question would be:
I can configure it remotely?
Or I have to be on the same network as the WLC to configure the access point and then take it to another city that is connected by MPLS to my company?
This network has no vlans and the filter is a watchguard.
You are allowed UDP ports 5246 and 5247
This is a 2100 series WLC

No HREAP/FlexConnect will work in either LWAPP or capwap capwap allows for path MRI discovery. No the ap does not need to be on the same segment as the WLC, but it does need to be able to reach the WLC.
If the ap joined when it was local it should know the WLC management IP already if not you'll need either dhcp option 43 or DNA resolution.

Hi stephen
Restart the access point using the mode button and now I recognize the command CAPWAP you know how to fix this.
the error happened when I put the domain name that was not the local domain and where is the access point. and the AP was disconnected.
