Connectivity Issues on Android 10 Devices

Hi Team,

We tried to connect the Realme 2 Pro device to the Meraki wireless network by using Wi-Fi. The mobile device has Android 10.

The device is not able to connect the Wi-Fi network. Whenever we try to connect, it gives the "Access Denied" error.

Does Meraki support Android 10?

If so, could you guide me on how to connect the device to the network?
