is this possible, i need to convert a 1242AG Autonomous back and forth this weekend to use for a quick project for testing. i need to do the following
take the AP into LWAPP mode (i know how to do this with the aironet utility)
take the ap from LWAPP back into a AP mode so i can use it as my access point again.
i did some quick looking and i found
debug capwap console cli
debug capwap client no-reload
archive tar /xtract tftp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/APimage.tar flash: delete /force /recursive flash:Current_LWAPPIOS reload
does that sound right?

I don't do the archive tar /xtract
The mode button is the easiest way to go from lightweight to autonomous and the archive is the fastest way to go from autonomous to lightweight. That's my preference. Mode button is the safe bet either way.
Don't do the xtract!
