Converting a LDPE controller 5508 image to non LDPE

Hello ,

I need to convertiing the controller from a LDPE to a non LDPE .

My question is to get the Data Encryption License i need only Vendor Support contract or i need to Buy the Data encryption license to change the Controler from LDPE to no LDPE
