Could not Register IP Add on MSCB. MSCB still in init state

I do get this error all the time on my WLC 4402 logs:

"Could not Register IP Add on MSCB. MSCB still in init state. Address:e4:ce:8f:13:e4:de[...It occurred 2 times.!]"

Any idea in what does this error refer to and how to fix it?? any articles white paper would be appreciated.

What version are you running on your 4402?  Also, are you doing any anchoring of the WLAN these clients are using?

I'm on 7.0.220 and I'm not doing any anchoring. I have a guest network and I see this message in almost 70% of my guest clients (Maybe more).

Do you have DHCP Required configured on the WLAN?  You may want to do so if not.  This error can indicate that the WLC is receiving traffic from the client, however hasn't actually properly learned the address and assigned to mscb.
