CWA ISE Apple redirection

What can be the reason that Apple devices 8.0 cant be redirected to ISE web portal, WLC image 7.4.121.0, Apple device just stucks in redirection process and nothing happens, i used config network web-auth captive-bypass enable command, it doesnt help, all other non-apple devices redirected fine, thank you

Yes, i rebooted it after command was applied

Problem resolved by adding 

dhcp domain-name xxx.local to dhcp server configurations

using config network web-auth redirect bypass enable command on wlc

after that Apple device are able to be redirected
