dBm or % Conversion

Is there a formula for converting from percent of signal strength to dbm? A lot of my customers relate more to the percentage value but most of the programs I use are easier to use with the dbm value.

If you are trying to see the percentage instead of the dbm when doing a link test with a client adapter, then you can just change the settings to reflect that in the Aironet Client Utility (ACU). Thanks, but I have done that, I was wanting to know if there is a way to convert from one number % to dbm.
