Deny rules

In the GUI of a 4402, I have 2 - one way deny rules for http and https traffic.

If I block 1 way, do I have to block the other way too?

If so, why?

As far as I know, yes. I really don't like to use the WLC ACL because it seems like it works and then it doesn't. You probobly seen this document already:
