Hi,
is there a way to disable the 1602's radios at night? Maybe some kind of a time range command or so? Just wanna save energy at night
Thanks,
Markus

Shutting down the radios at night to save energy ain't going to do you any good unless you are talking about THOUSANDS of AP. The radios only chew up very minimal watts of power.
You can, but not recommendable, power off the AP outside office hours using time-based ACL, however, your AP must be connected to a PoE port. If your AP is connected via a power brick or a power injector you'll need to find a cut-off timer there.

Agree with Leo :)
he WLC ownself does not have a time-based setting.
You can have these option to disable and enable the radios as per time schedule.
1. WCS --> http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/wcs/5-2/configuration/guide/WCS5_2cg/5_2apcfg.html#wp1059086
2. Creative use of scripts that telnet/ssh to your WLCs at scheduled times.
3. Time-based ACL --> http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/ios-firewall/23602-confaccesslists.html#timebasedtimerange
Hope it helps.
Regards
