Hello,

( Sorry for english, i'm FR )

So, here is my problem :

I have a cisco wifi routeur ( AIR-AP1852l-E-K9 )

The router is in a warehouse with a lot of steel and a lot of big machine inside

PC that are away form the router always disconnect from the wifi.

I want so to disable the 5 Ghz band on this wifi router because PC are always tryng connect to the 5ghz instead of the 2,4ghz.

Person on those PC are on Citrix so they don't need a huge connection speed, the 2,4ghz would be good and ( I think ) would stop all these connection problem that occurs

--------

I can access the web page of the router by typing the ip address on chrome or by using the wifi server / monitor with all the wifi routers connected

The only problem is that I don't find the options or the checkbox ... to disable the wifi band...

Is anyone of you know how to do that ?

Thanks in advance

Pierre

Why not just disable 5ghz on the device itself? Might just be easier. Depending on how your AP is setup, you can always look at the configuration guide or search online how to disable 5ghz.

I'll do it, all the pc inside are thin client so we plug them an usb wifi card, i just hope that there is the option in the advanced tab in the properties

I'll comeback here if it don't work

Thanks

Have a good day
