DNA Center and what exactly is Authentication Parameter Mismatch mean?

Hi, we're running DNA Center and under wireless assurance I see a lot of Authentication Parameter Mismatch errors in our network.  Does anyone know exactly what does this mean?  Is it bad username/passwords?  EAP protocol failure?  Looking for some more details behind this error message?

In terms of assurance errors I see

Onboarding

Wireless client failed to connect - Security parameter mismatch

Wireless client failed to connect - Security parameter mismatch.

and

Onboarding

Wireless client failed to roam - Security parameter mismatch

No

Wireless client failed to roam - Security parameter mismatch.

So partially trying to determine if this is a connection issue or a roaming issue.

this may be false positive, check on WLC Logs what you see there,
