Hi, We got a WLC4402. After powering on, we can see the following message. but at last line user of output from the console, we cannot type username and any letters from the console. It looks like that the console is disconnected. Actually it is connected and we can use the the same console to connect to other device. If we press Esc key in the process of booting to restore it back to factory configuration, it cannot have any reaction. Any one can give some suggestion ? Thank you so much.
