RUM reports are used for offline updating of licensing for disconnected/air-gapped/high security networks.
As far as I know smart licensing does not send any AP serial numbers and there definitely isn't any way to see them in smart licensing.
If you want to see that kind of info then you need to talk to your Cisco account manager and advanced services team about getting CSPC which collects the inventory data and sends to Cisco (online or manually, your choice) and the Cisco BCI portal which is where you can view the data online.
