Vendor for Draeger monitors is stating multicast is being intermittently dropped or blocked. Monitors sending multicast traffic to receivers is getting interrupted, he recalls something about VPCs in the path causing the traffic to get dropped. VPCs are used for layer 2 connections to vblock where the VM servers reside, Draeger receiver servers are VMs. Has any experienced this type of multicast issue with Draeger multicast traffic ?
