What operating system are you using ? Have you tried another file download (fresh one) of the same file ? Also is there any chance to test it on another laptop ?>

Win98. I have an E partition that I use for temporary files. SO the Solution: Disable "Set Temp=E:\Temp" in Autoexec.bat. also "Set Tmp=E:\Temp". Why these setup files don't use the temp path given is a mystery to me. Must be hardcoded to use the generic Windows\Temp file. Pretty unprofessional for a company the size of Cisco.........
Also found out that v12 of the install wizard for the 340/350 is screwed up. Had to use v11 and that worked..... Pretty bummed about Cisco by now...took about 5 hours to figure it out, and only because WinZip gave me a clue about not having 'permissions' on the temp folder....Which is ridiculous when using Win98...........
